Delivery to UK mainland (excluding the Highlands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and HM Forces) is normally within 3 to 5 working days.

The option of paying using Google Checkout is only offered to orders being shipped to United Kingdom (Mainland). The majority of orders will be despatched by FEDEX UK. The exact price you will pay for shipping will depend upon your delivery address and will be automatically calculated. Smaller or light items (under 1Kg in weight and a maximum of 3) will be dispatched first class using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or International Signed For. All items will need to be signed-for upon delivery. Shipping prices include all packaging costs.

Returns

If you are unhappy with your purchase, Dayo Audi is happy to accept returns, provided that the item(s) is returned within 7 days of receipt, and is/are unused. Returns must be sent back at the cost of the sender and a full refund (excluding cost of original postage) will be offered once the returned item has been inspected. In the event that goods are received faulty or damaged, a full refund including the cost of original postage will be given, but the cost of returning the item will still be at the cost of the sender. Any items that are received damaged must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. We regret that due to the nature of our products and carrier delivery policies, we are unable to accept returns for items reported faulty or damaged after this time.
